The customer is responsible for returning their broken items to the manufacturer, and NOT to Sling It! Lacrosse.
Sling It! Lacrosse and Warrior take no returns on custom warrior helmets
- Warrior stands behind its heads and handles under stress of normal use for six months from the original date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required for each return. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, cancelled check, credit card or bank statement, or anything else that clearly indicates the date of purchase. In addition, the purchase must be made through an authorized Warrior dealer.
- Warrior does not warranty products that are given as part of a promotion (i.e. free stick for attending a camp). In addition, Aluminum handles are not under warranty.
- The warranty on apparel, bags, and protective equipment is 30 (thirty) days from the original purchase date. Accessories carry no warranty (i.e. ministicks, pocket pounders, nets, etc.).
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (see below).
Warrior Titanium Limited Warranty
- If defective due to bending or breaking, a replacement will be made for attack and goalie length handles, within a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase. The limited warranty is calculated from proof of purchase date to the date damaged shaft is received at Warrior prepaid. This warranty does not cover denting. Replacement handles will carry the duration of the warranty from the original purchase date, not from the replacement date. Titanium defense handles are not covered under this policy.
To Make a Return

- Once we receive your return authorization request, we will evaluate your request.
- If it meets the requirement of our policy we will then send you a return authorization number - RA number within 5 business days.
- Please note: You MUST have a return authorization ( RA number) before sending the defective product.
- Once you have the RA number please follow the proper steps and procedures below.
1) Write the return authorization number on the proof of purchase and place it inside the box with the product.

- Be sure to clearly print the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- When returning heads make sure all heads are Unstrung.
STX Warranty Policy
The STX warranty policy is effective if and only if the customer has a dated receipt or proof of purchase from a STX Authorized Dealer. Items will not be replaced until STX or the STX Authorized Dealer has the defective item in hand. STX will warranty, return, and replace plastic heads, handles, and equipment under the following conditions.
Heads
STX will replace plastic heads that crack or break under normal playing conditions for up to one year from the customer's original purchase date. Heads that are altered in any way (baking, melting, dying, or pinching) will not be replaced. In order for a customer to receive a replacement head, he or she must first return the broken head (with receipt) to the original place of purchase or directly to STX . Once approved, a new head of the same model as the broken head, or one of comparable value depending on availability, will be given or sent. Strings are not part of the warranty and must beremoved and replaced by the customer.
Handles
The Custom Alloy (C405), Scandium, and Titanium handles are, if accompanied by a dated proof of purchase, covered and will be replaced for up to one year in the event of severe bending or breaking during normal play. Each warranted handle will be replaced with a same-model handle or, if not available, with one of equal value. Intentionally bending or cutting a handle or other deliberate tampering or evidence of inappropriate use of a handle will void the warranty.
Equipment
With a dated receipt or proof of purchase, STX will replace equipment that evidences poor workmanship and/or material failure within 6 months of original purchase. Tampering with or altering STX equipment from its original design or construction will void any warranty for the product. Honored warranty claims will result in a customer receiving a replacement item of the same model or value.
STX and STX Authorized Dealers reserve the right to question and refuse any claims made for warranties if tampering or foul play is suspected.
Brine Warranty Policy
The customer is responsible for returning their broken items to the manufacturer, and NOT to Sling It! Lacrosse.
Brine stands behind all of its products when used under normal use. Proof of purchase with the date of the purchase on it, is required for every item being returned due to defects:
All men's and women's lax heads are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase
All men's and women's shafts are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase; composite shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
All bags are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase
All apparel is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase
Lacrosse helmets are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase
Lacrosse eyemasks are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase
RETURNS
If your Brine Lacrosse product falls under the manufacturer's warrany, here is how to get a replacement.
- Visit www.brine.com and fill out an RA request form online.
- If your request is authorized you will receive an RA# within five business days. You must have an RA# to return any product to Brine.
- Write the RA# on the proof of purchase and place it in the box with your product to be returned.

deBeer Warranty Policy
The customer is responsible for returning their broken items to the manufacturer, and NOT to Sling It! Lacrosse.
Product Warranty Periods
Lacrosse Heads- Six (6) Months
deBeer, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model. deBeer reserves the right to provide substitutions based on product availability.
Stringing components are not covered under warranty and must be replaced by the customer.
Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, pinching, or bending will void the warranty on all deBeer heads.
Lacrosse Handles- including severe bends or breakage during normal use.
Titanium enhanced alloy lacrosse handles- attack and goalie lengths- SIX (6)MONTHS
Titanium enhanced alloy lacrosse handles- defense length- SIXTY (60)DAYS
Women's Composite Handles- SIX (6)MONTHS
Men's Composite Handles- all lengths- 30 DAYS
Dings, dents, chips (composite), and scratches may occur during normal use and are not covered under warranty.
Aluminum handles are not covered under warranty.
TO PROCESS A RETURN
1. Locate your receipt and confirm that the product you wish to return is still within its warranty period.
2. Call deBeer customer service department toll free at 1-800-833-3535 to request a return authorization number.
3. Package the defective product with proof of purchase and write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
YOU MUST HAVE AN RA NUMBER TO MAKE A RETURN WITH DEBEER LACROSSE. ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

Maverik Warranty Policy
The customer is responsible for returning their broken items to the manufacturer, and NOT to Sling It! Lacrosse.
In-store returns:
Customers have 30 days form the original purchase to return a defective product to the retail location where the item was purchased.
Shaft Warranty:
Maverik shafts (Maverik Wonder Boy & Maverik Wonder Boy Excel) will carry a 1 year (12 month) warranty from the date of purchase and must meet the following criteria below in order to be returned:
(Dings, dents, and scratches may occur during normal use and are NOT covered under warranty. Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only).
1. Item was purchased from an authroized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer.
2. The customer retains proof of purchase form the original transaction.
3. The item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged.
4. The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed.
Protective Equipment, Bags and Apparel Warranty:
Maverik Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its equipment, bags, apparel will be free from defects (i.e. sttching, material flaws) during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the original retail purchase provided:
Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty. Warranty policy covers a one time replacement of the original purchased item only.
1. Item was purchased from an authroized Maverik Lacrosse Dealer.
2. The customer retains proof of purchase form the original transaction.
3. The item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged.
4. The return was handled properly according to the Maverik return process listed.
Warranty Exceptions:
The following items are not covered under warranty:
Promotional items (camp giveaways, raffle items, etc.)
* Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Maverik lacrosse LLC.
* Maverik will pay all normal freight charges (UPS ground) to send back the replacement product.
