Shipping Map and Policy

Remember ground shipping to anywhere west of the Rockies is usually 1-3 days and the East Coast is usually 5 business days. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air
services.
All Orders are processed 1-2 business days after receipt
All "Air" orders prior to 11:30 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock.) If you need a product by a specific date then please call us and we can recommend another shipping option.
Any order placed on Friday afternoons will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday,unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. You need to call us for the Saturday shipping options.
UPS will only ship to a physical street address. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
Retail Return/Exchange Instructions
To return a product that was purchased at a Sling It! retail store please follow these instructions:
1. Bring products to be returned to your nearest Sling It! retail location.
2. Products must be accompanied with the original receipt
3. If purchased with a credit card, please have the card used for the original purchase
Retail Return/Exchange Policy
You must have the original receipt present for all returns or exchanges. A customer has 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging in order to qualify for a return. If a customer does not have a receipt, Sling It! reserves the right to deny a return claim. You have up to 60 days to exchange an item. The item must be in its original packaging and in good working condition.
Online Return/Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date of the original purchase to return an item for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging in order to qualify for return. If a customer has lost or misplaced the original purchase, please contact Sling It! Customer Care. All shipping charges relating to the return or exchange of an item will be incurred by the customer.
Online Return/Exchange Instructions
To return a product that was ordered through our online web store please follow these instructions:
1. Call Sling It! Customer Care at 1-800-693-5LAX to receive an Return Authorization Code.
2. Send back all items to be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt to 2111 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110.
3. A confirmation email from Sling It! Headquarters will be sent when returned items have been received
Product Graphics Policy
Some product graphics may not be the same as they appear on the website. This is due to the constant changing of graphics that appear on products especially lacrosse shafts. If you are looking for a particular shaft graphic please call Sling It! Customer Care.
